While player development is at the heart of all grassroots athletics programs, coach development is also a major focus for Club Momentum. Throughout the season, Club Momentum staff will take part in developmental programs offered by USA Volleyball, the Positive Coaching Alliance and the AVCA. In addition, master coaches will work to mentor and develop younger coaches to ensure development isn’t just taking place with our athletes, but also our coaches.
